Important Notes
To View: The presentation requires the FREE flash player. It is pre-installed on about 97% of the computers in the world, so it is likely that you already have what you need. If you try to watch the show and do not have the player (or have an early version of the player), it will detect this and point you to the free download on the Macromedia website. Just follow the directions and then try watching the show again.

When you click the button above, a window should pop open. This is the window in which the presentation is supposed to play. If a window does not open, you may need to disable any pop-up blocker software you have in place and try again.

Some Hardware specifics
: The program should run on any computer (Windows, Mac and most others) that have graphical Internet browsers (like Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

You need a sound card with speakers or headphones to hear the audio portion of this show. You also need a graphics card capable of displaying at least 256 colors (most computers sold since about 1997 should have both). Playback is a processor-demanding event; for best results, avoid running other programs at the same time.

Download Speed:
The presentation is a narrated & animated program nearly 17Mb in total size. To make the file size as small as possible, we have compressed the audio to a minimum acceptable level of sound quality, but the whole show will still download slowly on a dial-up (56K or slower) modem. We've optimized the show to begin before it has completed the process, but there may be some delays with non-broadband connections while the audio & video of each slide pre-loads "on the fly." If you have a slow internet connection, please be patient between slides. Those using broadband connections should see the presentation begin soon after clicking the launch button.

When in doubt, just click the "launch presentation" button and see what happens. On most computers this presentation should download and play without any issues.
