| | 5. | Q. I have a client who has a school teacher and public employee loan where apparantly they were given a grant for the 2nd? I say that becasue according to them it doesnt have to be paid back and after I believe 3yrs the house is completely theirs. They are asking me about being able to refi at that time and pull out their equity and wondering if there is any limits on being able to do this. Since I have never heard of a loan like that I was hoping you might be able to shed some light on the subject.
