Q. Do you guys have anything that you provide to new LO's explaining what they are responsible for, and what the processor is responsible for? I'm curious how other companies seperate duties, especially keeping in mind how efficient your system seems to be. I feel like I'm wasting a lot of time doing little things on my files. For example, writing letters to HUD requesting extensions, checking with the investor to make sure docs haven't expired if the closing date has passed, making sure the survey gets to the investor. These are all things I've had to do on my last file. Basically, once an LO submits a file, complete, with all needed items, what else are they responsible for. I'd rather spend that time getting new business, but I obviously want to make sure everything is ready to close. I just need to sit with my processor and clarify our "gameplan". Thanks.

Q. Brian, Do you know of any training videos that are designed for processing and/or customer service? I have some new processors and I would like to add to the normal training.

Q. Through the years, a good processor with our organization will close
18 - 24 files / month. We can't seem to get over that hump. What can
we implement to increase those #'s to 30 - 40+ / month?
How are others able to hit those #'s. Thanks..

Q. Would you think that the processor/closer would also be responsible for rescheduling settlements if there is a problem?
