I have a couple of lenders who will do this loan, but the appraisal is going to be tuff. I need the lender to be open about comps. The highest sold or listed comp is around $2,000,000. Everyone thinks he built the biggest house on the block. That is not the case. Where the property is there are many owner built homes that are just as big or bigger the subject home.
